I spilled hot chocolate on my favourite coat and used their services as a last resort. I've never taken anything into dry cleaning before and they've really opened up my eyes and impress me! They were extremely careful to watch out for shrinkage, the stain was completely gone and the coat looked brand new! The employees or manager were extremely friendly and seemed to take great pride in their work. Highly recommend Ellersily dry cleaners, i really think they are definitely the best in Auckland!!!

Had stains on my suit and dress shirts which were removed professionally. Almost like new. Well priced as well.

They were friendly and polite, and even managed to get a big splash of red wine out of my white jacket which now looks even better than new!!! Highly reccommend these guys.

I thought with only one bad review out of six I would give them a go. Huge mistake! They have shrunk and completely ruined my expensive clothes! Absolutely no satisfaction from staff or management who then turned really nasty and don't care (all they do is argue with you!). Makes me now think the 5 star reviews are all fakes. They are extremely devious by only using first names and they won't provide surnames or who the owner of the company is to make it really hard to even go to the Disputes Tribunal. You've been warned! Avoid them like the plague!

Great service - look after all my business shirts and suits

They shrank my king-size feather duvet by 100 mm in length on one side and 50mm on the other and 135 mm in width on one side and 110 mm on the other. So somehow they even shrank it crooked in both directions!!! I know this because I measured it before I took it to them (as I am tall and my bed was specially made 2.10 m long, so I could not afford any shrinkage). I had also asked them both on the phone and when I took the duvet in 2 or 3 days later, if it could possibly shrink and they assured me both times that it definitely would not!Then they blamed the duvet for shrinking, saying it was bad quality and argued with me for 45 minutes why they wouldn't contribute towards or pay for the new one I was forced to buy because of their incompetence (nothing wrong with the quality - it came from Bed Bath and Beyond). They wouldn't even refund my dry-cleaning cost!I then had to wait for 3 more days for their manager to ring me. He also argued with me for about 40 minutes with the same nonsense that I got from his staff but eventually I finally managed to get my dry-cleaning cost refunded (which cost me yet another trip) and then he tried to get me to sign a waiver that I could not take the matter any further (to try to stop me from writing a review like this etc) before they would give me the money! Talk about stingy, miserable, unethical and getting blood out of a stone!!! My advice is to keep well away and find yourself a dry-cleaning company with a good reputation!
