The communication was excellent and I received the parcel with no problems. I'm just a little be disappointed with the packaging, but I understand how things work nowadays. The main reason I purchased this product is for being a bit more of eco-friendly using less plastic in my packaging. It's a shame that units came wrapped in plastic. I hope soon we adapt all the processes. Cheers

Thank you. Carton arrived on Friday. Courier was a little concerned that the carton had not been tightly secured enough. The packer could have cut the sides down and made it into a tight package but least it got here. Cheers Cynthia Cooper

I bought a Rubbermaid Pulse Mopping, and I'm satisfied with it. The product is very light but sturdy, and we don't have to use the annoying bucket and mop, saving us a lot of time, which is money. CHeW dispatched it very fast as well. Thank you xx
