Lovely friendly service man. Cleaned our heat pump well and when he learned that our remote wasn't working properly came back the next day with a second hand one at no charge. Very kind and thoughtful. Thank you.

Absolutely awful company. They're lucky they have gotten into legal to trouble considering their history with sabotaging and scamming their elderly customers. I don't understand how they could live with themselves, letting our elderly people freeze in their own homes. Scamming innocent people out their money is vile and they should be deeply ashamed.

BEWARE!! My elderly neighbour had these guys come around and they almost talked her into replacing a perfectly fine heat pump that was only 2 years old and within warranty. These clowns had damaged it and quoted her over $4000 to replace it. I reckon they tried to take advantage of her as she didn’t know any better and almost said yes until I talked her out of it. This is fraud and they need to be sued!!!

An excellent reputable company to do business with. When I rang the office I spoke to Rachel, I found her very informative with details of appt, helpful and very polite . Jeremy is a friendly genuine professional Tradie. I finally found a Tradie and company that is worth 5 stars. Tidy workspace, own gear..doesn't need to use any of your household items..i.e. vacuum, hand towel.I highly recommend PowerSmart to all that need their heat pumps serviced or even replaced or moved. Very tidy completion.I'll be getting PowerSmart to do all future requirements. Super Happy.Highly recommend
