I am a complete noob but we were adopting an abandoned lamb. The staff was wonderful walking me through everything I need, what to expect and things to think about going forward.A couple of days later...when the lamb seemed to have some joint ill, they were able to provide information over the phone.I look forward to shopping there going forward

Needed the vet on a public holiday and their out of hours fee was very reasonable. Staff were proactive and informative.
