Service was good, Pirate's punch cocktail was beautiful but the food was underwhelming. Beef Wellington was rather small and under seasoned. The gravy that was served with it tasted like powdered supermarket gravy and was really thick. The sauce served with the scallops was pretty tasty but it was a very small serving of slightly overcooked scallops and lots of bread & sauce. The Garlic prawns were average too, lots of bread and the sauce seemed oily. Overall, it was a warm & cosy space with decent service but unfortunately the food is definitely not worth the price.

Went there twice to check the standards! Both times not happy.The MOST expensive place to eat or drink in Queenstown!!! DEADSET prices out of control and to top it off a 20% surcharge for public holidays, no where else we went to we're close to that charge.. toilets were disgusting, advised staff and blamed it on staff shortage ! Which I do understand but toilets were worse than a underground nightclub at 3am ! Staff stuffed the orders countless times and table numbers.. at the time they were not busy ! Spare tables around us ..Location was amazing!Just need to train there staff better, felt very disorganised.

Breakfast...truly scrumptiousI haven't had this quality for years...well done!Service exceptional, thank you EllenThe bacon is amazing, they serve beer with breakfast if you want it.Music was in the background and perfect.Outside seating, lake views, heaters above tables.Exceptional

Lovely place to sit and take in the views with a drink but would not return for food. Salad was below average, lacking flavour. The latticed melted cheese was awful. Chicken burger was dry with little flavour. Chips were dry too.

We had a very nice server that took great care of us. Had a little one with me and the server was nice to get us seated and even offered some crayons for our kid to play with.Food was great. We enjoyed the flavorful scallops, mussels and also the fresh tasting fish and chips.

We had dinner here recently. Location was a prime spot just infront of the pier and great views and vibe around the area. We managed to get a nice table and view.Ordered the seafood chowder , then linguine with seafood and half a dozen of fresh oysters. The oysters while fresh , was rather tiny in size . The seafood chowder was just average and the bread was a bit burnt. The seafood linguine was quite decent and good sized portion. Overall I find the food just average . Service was great and fast and efficient.

On the waterfront, so yeah, it's expensive. Service was good. Drinks were ok. Snacks were fine. Fun people watching. It can get cold, so bring a jacket. Can't complain.

Table of 9 - Was seated by the host who said its 5-10 mins for them to change from breakfast menu to lunch. 25 minutes later & we had to ask for the menus. At that point they didn't ask if we even wanted to order drinks.We watched multiple tables be seated & have their orders taken AND served drinks. We ended up leaving and told them why we left, with no apology! They questioned if we were seated by the host, I said yes, no reply. I'm typing this as I'm enjoying my meal and drink next door.2 stars for atmosphere only because of the lake view.

Usually full but fortunately the turnover rate is quite fast. Oysters and tuna are sold out. We had the scallops, prawns, seafood linguine, beef Wellington and steak. They didn’t disappoint. Worth a try

When we arrived, the table was dirty and when I asked to clean up the waitress wasn't happy about it, let's say. Then, I ordered avocado toast and it was uneatable. Super salty and over-seasoned. I said that to the attendant that was with us, and she limited herself to saying Oh that's bad" or something like this. I had to pay for a very expensive dish and could not eat it. I complained about it and nothing happened.Not my family
