Went in to shop with a flexible gas hose with fittings wanting to know if it was fixable or possible replace was rudely e by a woman there they don't do gas's fitting . Wouldn't recommend this business

We have had Southern Plumbing put gas hot water in 2 properties now and they have been so good to deal with and are very efficient. They have also installed a new fire in our last house and have gone above and beyond to get one installed in our new house with council issues. Highly recommended!

I called Southern Plumbing and Heating in the early afternoon, and by mid afternoon my leak was fixed. I've got water pressure again! I might find I'm calling them back because this pipe developed a leak previously. Hmmm. Thank you for being so speedy.

I rang enquiring a problem with my gas oven in motorhome. I had barely said anthing and the lady interrupted and said they don't do anything with motorhomes. I said you have not listened to what i have to say. I then was able to explain and the response was they don't do anything. I found the approach to this to be very unprofessional and rude. Other plumbing work we were going to get done will now be done by Balclutha Plumbing. Very disappointed in your reponse.
