Unfortunately this place is over priced for basic fried foods. Portions are small and pricey. Wedges are $15 for a small amount. Pizza is $25 for a plain cheese pizza totally crazy. When I asked why the plain pizza was the same price as a meat lover's. The staff were rude and dismissive. I just cook them

Ordered the beef brisket pizza, apparently they’re out of beef but forgot to tell us??pretty much ate bbq sauce on bread for lunch.

Amazing! We were told that our food was going to take 30 mins on the busy day we were here but it only took 10! Great servers, delicious food, would definitely eat here again. The only downside is that the food is quite expensive, it cost around $25 for a single Hawaiian pizza, but otherwise a great experience.

Lamb pizza was good but the spinach on it wasn't. It felt like it was frozen and lacked flavour.Service is something we had problems with from the duty manager ( the one with the curly hair). She was very curt. We understand when it's busy people can get short but there was no one behind us. I guess hospitality industry is not for everyone. Not a great vibe at all.There was a simple request made to her. All we asked was for a sandwich to be toasted and she made a face.

Dishes we ordered were delicious. We ordered for a family of 7. Service not so great. Its all self service here even ordering the mains you had to get up and get it yourself from the counter when seated in the restaurant. We were able to take the pizzas etc outdoor in takeaway boxes.

This place used to be the a highlight for our kids while visiting the pools. No longer. Food is terrible, options getting smaller and smaller and no service to speak of. I had to ask 4 times to have our table cleared of dirty dishes with lots of empty tables around with messy dirty plates that the birds were fighting over. Come on Hanmer Springs how about getting your act together and your options expanded (surely a sandwich selection isn’t that difficult is it)? How about employing more staff to serve and clear up. Won’t be back.

Read my lips: I will NEVER return to this restaurant! Charging $25.00 for a ridiculously small and dry fish burger. The portion of fish was not enough to feed a small cat and it was made up of mostly batter. Tip: Just because you have a captive market, don't think you can take advantage of your customers! Over and out!
