Couple weeks back went online to look at prices.Found a good flight so popes in to hello world Palmerston north in the early morning.Got a quote so went home to talk to my wife.Came back few hours later in afternoon to pay Fir ticket.Just before I paid I asked again if it include every thing taxes etc. The answer was yes.An hour later after I got a quote and paid, I get a call oh sorry you need to pay extra $700 for file tax we forgot to charge it.So when going there just double check they do including all cost in to your ticket otherwise they will try get it from later on and the good price become not so good.

All is great if you go ahead ... if there any issues the manager gets extremely personal and extremely hostile in the end gave up over $300 just to close the chapter on this negative experience... go palmerston north branch at own risk.

The team especially Kim have been amazing - above and beyond - from helping rescue our son in Greece to an amazing Europe experience to our next North American Adventure to connect with our children. We have got our holidays booked tentatively with helloworld until 2026!! Obviously recommend aaaaaa++++

Awesome service. Had to cancel my trip at last minute.they helped me with insurance and refunds. Even when we didn't get it through them. Very impressed.have rebooked with them for this year..
