Won't accept bookings, show up 2 hours before close and told they can't accept anymore walk ins unless you've checked in already. What a waste of time

I came in at 4.30 pm and they shut at 5.30 pm. They would not take me but their website says no appointment necessary. Wll never come back.

Didn't feel welcome, was rude and refused to cut my hair which has never happened because I didn't wash my hair within 24hrs which isn't listed anywhere. (I washed my hair probably 30hours ago).Sticking with Tauriko from now on.

Went for a haircut - didn't have to wait for that long but oh my god. Paid $50 and in return I got a haircut that was UNEVEN ON BOTH SIDES AND NOT AT ALL WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR. She had used water to wet my hair to cut it and it had started to curl up at the tips as it was drying, so we couldn't really tell about the shape of my hair. Straightened my hair at home and it turned out to be uneven on both sides and not even the shape I had asked for. So disappointed for the price I had paid I wish I had never gone there.

Took my daughter to Just Cuts for a haircut, lovely friendly professional service! Great cut as my daughter went from very long hair to a nice shoulder length cut. Did not have to wait long at all, good price for a major cut! She looks Awesome and happy to not have to have her hair tied up every day!

I called in the afternoon and asked for a booking.I was told that is not required. At 17:12 I arrived and I have been told that is closed as she had to pick up a kid and had to clean up... Other time I had to wait 45 minutes and then told me to come back in 2 hours time as I did not have a booking. They couldn't organize a bun fight in a bakery...

Great experience, my little 11 month old boy got his hair trimmed here and the lady cutting his hair went out of her way to make sure he was settled entertaining him with an IPad and interacting with him. Even being so busy she took her time and made sure it was done well. Thanks!
