Regular customer and they have good food. But my order is wrong a lot of the time and I can’t wait around to get it fixed as I have to get back to work within a certain amount of time. I’ll have to look somewhere else for my lunch breaks sadly.

Taste: 4/5Price: $-$$Portions: mediumThe pho was good, but super oily. The pana cotta dessert turned out to be a super sweet lychee drink with tiny cubes of panna cotta on top, a bit misrepresented.

Came here with my co-workers after a busy day and was welcomed with good customer service and served some top tier meals.I got the Spicy Beef Noodle soup and it was not only spicy but it was extremely tasty, we got some fried chicken, spring rolls and Bahn mi for starters and they were also flavourful and morish, the Sago Banana pudding was also good!Will take photos next time, because the food looks great. Thank you so so much to the front of staff and huge compliments to the chef! Needless to say I will definitely be back to this gem of a restaurant!

Mid May, I've had my fair share of bad experiences with restaurants but this has got to be far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Short ft woman with glasses was impolite, rude and aggressive and service was really slow. If I could give no star at all I would. Teach your staff some manners and work on their customer service. I am very displeased by the service here.l'd like to put in a formal complaint but seeing you are trying so hard to remove my review, reason why I put the date and I had to share my experience again, you obviously do not take complaints seriously or professionally. My wife and I are disgusted by all this, seeing we spend good money.

Had rice paper rolls with peanut sauce 11$ which were goodAlso had beef noodle soup. This was 19$. Not to my liking.And fried chicken which was really good. 8$.Good menu but beef noodle didn’t work out for me . Certainly worth a visit. Will try something different next time..

This was the best dinner out ever in palmerston north. The dishes were absolutely delicious. Tasty. Full of flavor. Totally unbelievable excellence for a very good price.

I can honestly say this was the worst meal we've ever eaten in a New Zealand restaurant. We ordered 3 Vietnamese salads, one tofu, one beef and one pork. All salads appeared to be a combination of pre-made coleslaw salad (like you'd get in a bag at the supermarket), squirted with dressing and overlaid with lukewarm pre cooked meat. Literally that was it. The tofu was cold, soggy and awful and the beef was thin, overcooked and leathery. One of our mains was incorrect (though staff happily replaced) and was served BEFORE the entree! The other mains were served at the same time as the entree. The entrees didn't appear to be cooked from scratch either (just pre-frozen items, cooked prior to serving possibly?). All up a very disappointing experience and definitely wouldn't recommend.

It is our first time here and we have a marvellous time. Our food came out fast. We had Lemon Grass Beef with Noodles, Stir Fried Prawns with Rice and Salad and Vietnamese Coffee with Condensed Milk. They were all tasty and well seasoned. We will definitely come back again.

You can keep removing my review, if it makes you happy. Good thing is that it’ll always be at the top/newest thanks!My salad was very dry and didn’t seem have any dressing on it and summer rolls weren’t fresh at all. Didn’t end up eating them having to throw away. Word of advice… take your complaints seriously instead of trying to remove reviews. Reading the other reviews made me realize you removed mine?! My review wasn’t too big of a deal and I wasn’t upset, but the way you handle things is low. You are a business and should be professional about it. Complaints need to be viewed so there is improvement and success for a business. Will not be coming back here anymore.
