I’m such an amateur when it comes to buying jewellery for loved ones, i actually find it quite stressful, but whenever I buy jewellery from Lori and her husband I suddenly become a pro. My loved ones are always impressed and strangers are always commenting to them how beautiful the pieces are. After reading great reviews I took my brand new engagement ring here last year to get resized. It was a white gold ring. I picked it up and brought it home and my fiancé and I weren’t happy as the colour was noticeably dark and not the bright brand new ring we had handed over.I took it back to the store to see if they could fix this. The store owner was incredibly rude about this to the point I was in tears. He refunded the money paid for the rhodium plating. I wouldn’t recommend bringing white gold items here.

We contacted SilverStone (Alex & Lori) with an idea around a design for our wedding rings. Thankfully Alex explained that our idea would not be suitable for with standing the test of time due to the fragile material we were looking at. After speaking to us around our idea of the rings having a NZ influence. Alex created a beautiful pair of matching rings with Pounamu in a wonderful setting. They were beyond our expectations. They suit us perfectly and like our wedding unique. Thank you so much from Adam and Tricia.
