Rude service paid for lawnmower to be checked over as stopped working shortly after service by them. Only to be told it wasn't worth fixing, got given back in parts. Only to find they had taken the new blades and spark plugs. Never using them again

Don't rely on this guy for customer service. He is only interested in an easy job. We needed to contact Steelfort directly to sort out a return, as the lack of response or spontaneous updates from Colin were nil. When we sent friendly requests for updates we would receive one word responses. No impetus to sort out the problem. Trying to get the correct deck for a MTD Mini Rider took four months to sort out. Covid shipping issues were only a blip in the time this issue has been around for.
