The mechanic that worked on our Ute yesterday left his flat head screwdriver under the bonnet on the motor. Could of done alot of damage. How incompetent is that! Either that or their just down right lazy! Thought they would over charge &still didn't even fix what it was brought in for. Took us 10 mins to do when we got home. Absolutely useless! I'm not happy at all

We have brought a 2014 Focus and a 2014 Ranger from Macaulay Motors, great service and good relationship, never had any problems, Jan and Pat in service are amazing nothing a hassle to them, highly recommed

Top NotchI would typically never buy a used car from a OEM dealership, but Cameron and Macauley motors has changed my mind. There was no pressure, just honest advice, tried to keep me in my budget and not up-sell me (didn't even try to push me into any up-sells), and on top of that, because I was carless, Cameron brought the car out so I could drive it back and sign the paperwork.Absolutely five star and happy to have supported local. Nice friendly staff and good all round service.

Multiple problems here first tried to up grade my car could not get service, Now tried to service my truck and due to a communication error I had no courtesy vehicle arranged. So that removed my ability to have this done, ensure to either email requests or ensure they give you a solid conformation that these things have been arranged, but I could have waited on site for two hours while they done the service also. Normally a good branch but just not for me I feel. The bonus was I had my service done for a third of the price elsewhere

I have to bring my work vehicle here which seems to be a licence to print money for them. Hugely expensive and often have to make multiple visits to fix things. Staff are nice though.

Extremely rude service staff (pictured).Our motorhome broke down and was towed here. Understandably, we were already in distress. However, the service staff were completely unfriendly and unhelpful! We were on the phone with our motorhome helpline staff, and they asked to speak to the Macaulay Motors staff. But the Macaulay Motors staff actually said “do we usually do this?” This was uncalled for, and completely unhelpful. This is completely Bewildering! Worst service I have ever come across.It was only AFTER our motorhome rental company’s staff spoke to and pleaded with the Macaulay Motors staff, that they kindly agreed to help send us to the airport.

I approached Clayton Bragg to discuss some options for a Ranger.I had a timeframe and was open to ideas.I found that Clayton come up with all options and in the end a great package.Thanks.

Had excellent customer service from Jan and whoever booked me in for service and WOF for my car, both staff went the extra mile and provided not only excellent communication but understanding and empathy - they are a credit to the Macaulay Motors Team, thank you.
