At the store face to face ask as much Questions about the product ensure to repeat when clarifying your plan, payment options & understand your bill. Don't take it easy or they will quickly brush you off signed, sealed & hopefully deliveerd in time.

The young employees think they can get away with treating older people as though they're all a bit thick. Can't complain about the service as there isn't any. The Manager was eating in the store. She was very loud and not at all accommodating any listening skills.

When I was buying my phone no one asked me for an photo id, when I went to enquire about my account i was told to produce photos first although there is no national Id we forced to carry in this country .the fact that I had a pin no didn't matter being customer for twenty years means nothing. Worst customer service ever. When I asked if I should change to Vodafone I was told yes. I was shocked at rude and obnoxious behaviour. I am not tech savvy but I do know good customer service. Vodafone here I come and would like to know Sparks response in light of these comments. Two other staff or customers carried on watching whatever they were and didn't bother to intervene. No wonder we were the only customers in the store.

Supreme customer service and troubleshooting skills from Jeff! I have had an issue with my wearable plan provisioning for my Smart Watch for 3 days. In this time, spoke to 3 different Contact Centre Reps with a combined total call time of 2 hours and 39 minutes & 4 failed QR codes to no avail. Jeff was able figure out the actual issue and successfully associate my device with it's wearable-plan and voila, sorted within 20 mins. Thank you for excellent work Jeff, an asset to Spark! Highly recommend!

Very unethical store, the manager Laura is to busy yapping on in lala land that she doesn’t pay attention to what she is processing. I went in to claim insurance on an old iPhone which had broken, but I decided to purchase a new phone instead. I was under the impression my old insurance plan had been removed (the phone was inoperable), as the receipt of my new purchase/plan did not state that the insurance plan of my previous phone was still applicable. I realised 9 months later I was still be charged for both insurance plans. When I called the store they could not remove the previous insurance plan over the phone. They could only advise me to call the help line who were very helpful, besides only being able to back pay me for up to 6 months.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Rude, couldn t care less, Had to get manager to help me I think she was most rude and unfriendly of the lot. Was trying to get help for my elderly friend, they didn’t want to know or care. After resolving things myself I wish I had told her to leave spark and sign up elsewhere!

Jyoti was helpful.Although the protocols are present which makes serving customers difficult at times causing allot of backlash.The nature of the retail side of the industry, the staff all cop allot of things.
