Bathroom Clearance

Ordered item that was in-stock online.Two week later they contacted me to say it was out of stock. ( Said they had phoned me , untrue as I never received calls from them )Took 3 emails and over 1 week to get a refund.I don't recommend.

This is the third time I’ve purchased items from Bathroom Clearance. Always been very happy with the quality and service. Definitely good value for money. As with before, Natalie was helpful from start to finish with delivery of our shower, as well as the recommendation of a great shower fitter. Definitely recommend Bathroom Clearance.

Had to collect 3 basins I had pre ordered, the weather bomb had hit and I needed them urgently so the plumber could do an inside job.They made sure that even though they weren’t open to the public that day due to the weather issues they organised a time with me so I could go and get them - fantastic service!The Parnell basins are also awesome and so much cheaper than I could get anywhere else and great quality. Would definitely shop here again

Excellent price and good quality also. It's not a fancy showroom so prices are low. Delivery was as stated and efficient. This is my fourth bathroom I've purchased and never had any problems.

I bought toilets for my home from here and had them fitted them by a registered builder. Less than a year later the seat hinges completely broke on 2 toilets. Bathroom Clearance eventually came and replaced both seats, so sorted in the end.

Utterly useless. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a shower and shower glass kit online for $719, and for 12 weeks received no products and no communication. I was polite and patient, thinking maybe there were delays with covid. Over that 12 weeks I tried calling numerous times and no one ever answered the phone. Emailed many times as well with not a single reply- not one... until I sent one last email saying that I had no choice but to log a complaint against their business with Consumer NZ and the Commerce Commission. Within two days I *magically* received the refund I had requested two weeks prior. That tells me they would’ve gladly kept my money without delivering the product at all. Honestly, don’t waste your time. I don’t know how this business is even in operation.

Great quality bathroom products. Bought sinks and vanity cabinets, well built and good material.

I have recently bought a number of items from this Company and am impressed with the quality and value for money spent. Communication was a little difficult initially but once I made contact with Natalie, everything was sorted and shipped to the South Island as promised.
