The White Pear Cafe
I visited The White Pear Cafe during a busy lunch time.I was meeting a friend for coffee.The cafe was busy and had a bubbly atmosphere. Looks like a nice place to have a catchup.It is situated in Bell Block within an open shopping center with easy and ample parking. Easy to nip into and out in a jiff.Will be visiting again.

Editing review, Oct 22: I'm glad I came back a second time as this is now my favorite cafe. Been about 6x now, coffee is always perfect, the keto range is incredible and everyone I take with me is also always pleased with their orders. Keep up the good work team!Food was nice enough, coffee was fine, wobbly tables and small premises. Toilets were out of order not ideal for the older customers (of which there were many). Would probably still stop in again if I was nearby.

Came here on a bike ride from city center along the bike track. Good spot for a quick bite, lots of choices on the menu and a cabinet selection. Nice staff and food ok, not the.most attractive place right in the car park, but it's fine overall.

Service was quick and snappy even though they said it would be slow. The eggs bene is a tasty well executed morsel, worth every cent at $22.50Stop selling frozen carrot cake. Good Carrot cake keeps for at least a week without freezing it and it loses something when frozen, sell it fresh and you'll have the best carrot cake in the country. Would have been 5 stars, the carrot cake reduced one.I totally recommend this cafe, better than most, but get a cheesecake.

Best place in Taranaki, definitely BBK for coffee! Love that it is family run. Love that they specialize in Keto options; their keto range is amazing and they are one of two places that properly cater to keto, with the other being a bakery(so takeaway only). Their menu is fairly standard, but with their cabinet food being the star attraction it checks all the nessecary boxes. My one negative: fix your cabinet labeling system guys!! The liquid chalk is messy and can be hard to match to the right items, and it's often 50/50 in wether the cabinet is labeled or not, which is obviously based on wether they have time to do it before they open or not. We love it here anyway so it's not a biggie to us, but from a business standpoint there must be better options! A4 sheet, laminate it, get some lil clips, boom done.

Smoked salmon cheese cream pie was fabulous, I have been looking for a good pie for myself, so I found it. Mocha was smooth, silky, best cafe in Bell Block.

Brilliant service, complemented by food! And great coffee. I go out of my way to come to this lovely cafe! Worth every penny and every bite!
