Been dealing with these guys for years now and I will never go anywhere else. They did our crew uniforms and the first time they did it, it was so perfect that I will never change it. A few times we needed our stuff urgently and it was done. No if's and buts and all they said, we will be on to it and they did. Their staff are also very polite and helpful. I have never left the place without a smile on my face. The quality of their merchandise is also great. In the long run, it's a lot of savings for my business as I don't have to replace it often. Exceptional service!Over the last year I have asked 5 different companies for quotes (small companies whom I assumed will value business) None of the 5 ever replied.My husband saw the Embroidme sign on his way to work and suggested I try them.On stopping in at East Tamaki I met Leigh who was knowledgeable and honest about quality and workmanship and it was all exactly as she said. I didn't receive my shirts straight away, but it was worth the week and a bit wait, the quality and workmanship is to a high standard.It was a relief to have a room to try on some samples to get the right fit. Even when I couldn't stop by to proof, the staff was happy and helpful to accomodate with hubby stopping by to approve.If you are looking for Professional service and a great product, dont look further than Embroidme in East Tamaki

The staff is friendly and helpful, highly recommend EmbroidMe East Tamaki's service. Also, the uniform jackets are of good quality. We will be getting polo shirts uniforms in the summer.

Well knows company servicing the industry so that makes then always trustworthy. They visable and they always try their best in service and delivery. They get really busy at times, so my only suggestion to them is to read emails nicely to ensure no errors occur on work or to miss data, but overall a great job and they always deliver when they say they do.
