Have worked with Learning Planet for the last 3 years. Their customer service is excellent – extremely timely, responsive, friendly, accommodating and helpful – nothing is ever a problem. They don’t push sales and services on to you – they are very real and genuine and want what is best for you. Their production of videos to meet current needs is impressive – videos on COVID were out within a couple of days of outbreak and available to all customers as part of the service. New videos produced regularly. Their delivery of short videos of learning is just what people are looking for – 1 and 10 minute videos with practical quick tips, to the point, with questions for the individual to test understanding or for a team to discuss the topic further and share ideas. Their platform is constantly updated with new features. Can’t recommend more highly.

LearningPlanet is an excellent platform for easily and quickly learning about any professional content. It provides tools to improve your career and personal development.

Utilising LearningPlanet as a core part of our contact centre training has been so easy and user friendly. The choice between either 10 or 1 minute videos makes it easy to select simple refreshers for our more experienced staff and more involved learning for new or struggling staff. The attached workbooks for each video enable a reflection for the agent and allows me to see where further training/coaching may be required. As we have both inbound and outbound teams at our centre I am able to assign videos to the company as a whole or just one of either team for example, sales videos for our outbound team. I can also assign videos to staff individually and am able to monitor who has watched what. They also have the learning pathways which allow me to look at a specific type of learning, for example working during the recent pandemic and lockdowns, and have all the videos relating to that topic at the touch of a button. LearningPlanet is also set out in a Netflix format which makes it easy for our agents to browse at their leisure and search up videos that they may feel help them on a personal level. Any admin questions or help are answered immediately. Fantastic service.

LearningPlanet is a must have in all Contact Centre/Service Centres to ensure baseline, intermediate and advanced development is provided to frontline staff. The content is up to date, relevant and interesting so not only is it valuable in terms of learning outcomes, but they are also fun and engaging so staff want to keep learning more.
