We had 3 new units installed and relocated one unit.The price to install was higher than another contractor but we chose RCR because they seemed to be experts at what they do and they have given us better advise when they first did the site visit.They were professional and the team who installed the units were very good.We had an issue with the transferred unit but they sent their team to fix it right away.It took a while to get the units we preferred but when it arrived it was installed quickly

The guys who came to do the work were fantastic - very polite and efficient and they communicated very well. We’re very happy with the work they’ve done and the system seems to be as good as new!

Quality job with great services, very competitive on price too.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. Our heatpump became faulty in the middle of winter and these guys came out to diagnose as they were recommended by Fujitsu. They ordered a part that needed replacing but had to wait 2 weeks to get it installed. On the day they were scheduled to install the part they call me up to tell me they ordered the wrong part and they never checked it. So they ordered the correct part which never actually arrived and they never followed up, however they came anyway to try install the incorrect part.After I complained and asked for my deposit back, it took 3 months of constantly emailing them to get it back. They charge excessively compared to other companies but the service is poor.

We had an appointment for the RCR workers to examine our house for the air conditioning. They cancelled the appointment for a trip to flybush on the day of the appointment of their own accord. Unprofessional!!

RCR installed a heat pump and an extractor fan with external outing at my property. They provided a very professional and prompt service. I am very impressed.
