Great place to get a car. Great communication. Met us at the airport even after the flight was delayed by a hour. Gave us time to get sorted then showed us to our car explained a the dropping off of the car witch was super easy. Would definitely be using them again.

Used them 4-5 times and I can say that they are only reliable during low season but very unreliable during peak season. This includes their customer service which is useless and rude when they are busy. Very disappointing. If you need a car sorted immediately don't go with them as their booking system only does requests" with 24 hours before they respond to you with a high chance of it being declined anyway."

Have used RaD at Palmy 5 or 6 times. Each time, the online booking has been quick and efficient. I have been met on arrival and efficiently and quickly dealt with. On my last visit a few days ago, the arrival was out of office hours, so precise details were sent regarding where the car would be and where the key was. Thanks RaD. See you next time

Read conditions carefully. Company will charge upto $40 administration charges PLUS original infringement notice fee( edit : in my case, parking ticket was NOT left on windscreen. I only knew about this fine when you guys sent me email. Most probably This ticket issued through CCTV and sent directly to you guys. Also ticket issued on 30 sept and i got email on 25 October. )
