Jill is helpful and informative. She patiently explained to us the cycling route and help us choose the right bicycle to ensure we have a great ride. The bicycles provided are also in good condition. Highly recommended to all cyclist who want to do the A2O trail.

Jill and Lakeland explorer helped us organise our A2O adventure and provided transport to the start, and relocated our luggage each day. Jill was knowledgeable, quick to reply to email queries, and a wonderful source of knowledge about the region's history, culture, and attractions. The accomodation and meals provided were wonderful, welcoming and made us feel thoroughly welcome and spoilt. It was a very enjoyable trip that we would love to repeat in the future. I uses a voucher I won at the Twizel fire brigade fund-raiser, my sister and I hired an e bike for a day, we biked to Ohau from Twizel, heaps of battery left on the bike, the bike was in super good condition and easy to use. Jill was really informative and gave us maps and all the gear we needed. I recommend Lakeland Explorer it was an awesome experience!

Nothing is a problem for Jill at Lakeland Explorer. Her communication and dedication to ensuring her clients have a top notch experience is second to none. We found the converted E bikes to ride beautifully and easy to handle. Value for money, and great people to deal with made for an incredible bike trip.

Our family recently did two day trips with Lakeland Explorer. Jill was an absolute pleasure to deal with - her communication in advance was excellent and she is very personable. We had a little mechanical issue the second day, but it was no issue for her to pick us up in a jiffy. The suggested A2O trails we're great too. Overall, highly recommend!

One of the best bike rides of both of our lives! Jill was attentive and helpful setting us up and making sure we were safe, comfortable and happy with our e-bikes before setting us off on our adventure. We felt so taken care of! She’s responsive, kind, prompt and a wonderful help with advice on the exact trip that would fit what we were looking for. On top of all that the A20 ride from Twizel to Lake Pukaki and back is breathtaking. I honestly felt such a crazy mix of a sense of movie scene adventure and such peace and tranquility! Hard to explain, best to experience!!

We used Lakeland Explorer as was wanting to do A20 independently in some stages with our motorhome, so Jill was very accommodating with transport and bag shuttling which was great as left me to organise what else we wanted to do!!!Great communication which I find makes everything easy.Thanks JillAlso A20 is a great trail I highly recommend doing it
