The Skynet from the Terminator movies is more welcoming than this place. Person at the counter was not at all helpful, dismissive, sarcastic and impolite. If you do find yourself with no other options, make sure you book an extra hour, so you can download the games - computers have literally nothing.Good luck.

Really bad selection of games as most of them didn't work went twice and both times spent the whole time trying to get a game to work. So disappointing

Went in looking to kill some time while stuck in city for a week. Place was deserted. Asked if they had a particular game. No". Sweet as. What games do you have? "Just the popular ones." Ok Mr Chatty... What are those? "League of Legends...." So helpful. Just made me feel like an annoyance. Ok then... I'll take my money somewhere else. Good luck keeping the lights on with that attitude. Tool."

I totally enjoyed going there to practice with my computer skills, have to go back again and looking forward to it.

Horrible and run down. The womans bathroom didn't even have a working lightbulb when I told the staff working he just looked at me blankly and didn't offer any solutions. 90% of the PCs had a sign on them which said Do not use" so there was only one pod of PCs which could actually be used. Felt like I was in a condemned building and most unhelpful staff member ever."

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Food rotting in the keyboards. The toilets are disgusting. Obviously they don't care about hygiene as it is disgusting all around. If you cherish your mental health, please find another option.

Great prices, comfy chairs but wow is it run down & everything needs a good scrub & deep clean or paint. In some places of the building it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for literally years. From the peeling painted entrance all the way through to the computers, chairs, keyboards, to the womens toilets which are lit by a single desk lamp perched up high. I felt like I was in some kind of futuristic apocalypse cafe, which actually was a novelty, being a big fan of those movies. Thinking though, if I used it regularly that novelty would wear off quick smart! :)But the staff was helpful, (if a bit sullen), the computer worked great, chairs were comfy, nice big screens, loved the artwork, just needed to check a few things on-line, internet speed was fast. Only about 3 of us there in whole place late at night. Don't know what it's like for gaming.

The guy who is sitting on front desk is really rude. Beware! He is not gonna treat you well! I think he don't know how to talk to people and that is what he is taught. If you don't want to ruin your day, just choose some other place. Place is also dirty and it smells badly.

The place needs a serious clean as well as regular cleaning. The saving grace is the cheap prices and the good service from almost all of the attendants. One attendant is really rude and far more interested in watching his anime or streaming sports than actually helping with anything. The other staff are really nice

Great prices. Pcs are awesome. Great vibe. Only wish that they had adjustable seats, and could definitely be cleaner. Seats are pretty gross and there's always crumbs at every desk which is kind of gross...! Guess us customers could do our bit in the first place to prevent that!
