Came during JP hours and everything was very efficient and quick, there was a line so some people were waiting but there was a good numbering system. Thanks JP Earl and staff there

I went today to sign some documents at the JP and a young man was manning the door for people to enter, only allowing people to enter when someone left. I said ok but can I photocopy some documents to which he replied they don't do photocopying. I replied that I had documents photocopied there before and I paid for it to which he then replied they were a non-profit organisation and don't have the money to do so... I'm confused, why did you offer the service 2 weeks ago when I came in to see the JP for something else? And then when I came back with my copies and allowed inside, he gave another client change for what I assume was photocopying... Please explain!

JP service is amazing, Michael John Riley just made my day easy with his patient and professional help. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times this place.

Staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The wait was short and the process for waiting is well managed.

Called in today to get some clarification regarding some documents and, the lady who answered the phone was very terrible, not ready to guide or book an appointment to speak to the right person. This is the first time that I came across to such thing. Usually people there are very helpful. They tried to go beyond and above to help and provide advice.

Shocking experience, anyone would think it’s a bank vault , the ways it’s locked up , can’t even browse brochures!

They were extremely busy but dealt with everyone calmly and professionally. Had a good numbering system so you knew you'd be seen in order. JP very good.
