I had an incredible experience working with the team at Air Mc Limited. From the start, Josh was incredibly helpful in helping me find the perfect Heat Pump for my Master Bedroom. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed in a timely manner.Lance and the installation team were both professional and friendly. They made sure to explain the process to me before beginning the job, and I was extremely pleased with the results. After the installation, they made sure to put everything back in its original place and tidied up the area. It's the small details like this that make a huge difference, and I'm grateful that the team took the time to do this.The Heat Pump is perfect for my Bedroom and has made a huge difference in the temperature. My heatpump was due for maintenance. The work done was very basic. Last time the whole internal machine was thoroughly washed. The whole process last time was about 40 minutes. This time just the filters were removed and instructions given for me to remove them next time, spray with the product given to me.This would mean a ladder! In a retirement village too many of us fall. Need I say more!!..

Great company to deal with. I had contact with a few other businesses about replacing a heat pump for our lounge but these guys were by far the best for communication, value and timing.My brother used a differrnt company a few weeks prior who left the exposed cables live and had to come back several times!Their communication with pricing and options was very efficient and we were able to arrange a quick turn around for install.The guys turned up on time and made light work of the job + removal of old unitWould definitely recommend to others

⚠️Warning⚠️ this company is happy to flout level 4 lockdown rules in Auckland CBD. Have had two different crews appear on different days to work at a night club that is being renovated. No one lives at the address and the contractor working there regularly meets with other contractors without masks.The offending address is 24 cross street Newton AucklandWould love to get some clarity on how the work is considered essential. Really disappointing.

Easy company to deal with and I’m very happy with the job done by the installer.

System was installed within a couple of days of signing up. Installer contacted me when they encountered a problem. Which was resolved over the phone. Great service and come highly recommended.

Apart from forgetting the initial appt, which they rectified asap, the installer did a great job, communication was prompt, and it was all pretty stream lined. Also good advice was given. We are very happy with our heat pump.
