Craig and his team have undertaken various plumbing work for me over the last year or so. This has included major bathroom renovations and maintenance. I have always found Craig to be highly professional and able to offer sensible and cost effective advice and solutions. Craig prides himself on ensuring an excellent customer service, such as recognising his customers are busy people and making sure he is on time – something many ‘old school’ tradesmen have a problem with! Craig came and looked at the job which was to replace a hot water cylinder and dismantle an old solar heating system. Craig showed that he really understands his business and is willing to go the extra yards, giving us options on the new system and giving his honest advice. When I contacted him to say it looked like our old system was leaking heavily and about to blow, he got us to the head of the queue.The end result was great. Gladly recommend Craig to anyone.

We have used Craig & Ben on more than one occasion since 2017. They are our goto plumbing doctors when we need new installation or any repairs done on the property. Attached photos speak more than words when it comes to their quality. Craig is always up for a banter when he is on or off the job. Top team to work with when it comes to plumbing, drainage & radiator heating.

These guys blew me away with their service! They completed the job efficiently, quickly and they we're super friendly. I am so glad to have found them. I'd honestly lost faith in tradies because finding someone to come round and do repairs and services has been a real challenge for us in the past few years. These guys were a breath of fresh air! As we operate a motel and the need for a plumber is required at the drop of a hat, Craig has never disappointed us. Craig has even gone beyond the call of duty one night at about 1130ish when we had a major problem with our gas water heater which wasn't working. Craig didn't even complain that it was late and was more than happy to help sort the problem out for us and was on-site within about 20 minutes. We cannot speak highly enough of Plumbed Out and would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and his company to any other potential client(s).

Amazing response and service from Craig and his boys. Fantastic after care. Craig did some work for us a couple of years ago. Craig has very good communication, is courteous, professional and very proficient. He went out of his way on a few occassions to get me samples of product we could choose from. I don’t normally give out ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for any services but these guys have really exceeded my expectations. I would never look anywhere else for plumbing related jobs from this point onwards. I called, Craig answered and the job was done within hours including organising an electrician to complete the work at hand.
