I recently bought an orthopedic bed from House of Beds in Paraparaumu. The salesperson, Seema, was exceptional in her orthopedic knowledge, being expertly able to match us with a bed to suit our needs. I was impressed by her product knowledge and professional sales manner. She gave us a very detailed explanation of all the features of each bed that would be a possible match for us, without exerting pressure on us at any stage to make a premature decision in order to make a quick sale. I really appreciated that. What's more, when I returned to explain that I was experiencing neck pain, she expertly recommended I change pillow. My partner and I are very satisfied with our bed, and Seema, in particular, was instrumental in our decision to buy from House of Beds.

Great sales staff good prices well laid out

Hey, So I am a first time buyer, not knowing much about it, I decided to do my research visited a few shops, researched online. My last stop on the day of window shopping was sleep city. I was welcomed by Seema, the Manager. She showed me around. She showcased a great deal of knowledge and she knew what she was doing. I felt a sense of warmth and comforness and I was able to make a decision right there. I could tell the difference between the mattresses by the end of the day and just in the morning I was a novice. Loved Seema's approach and hospitality. Give her a raise and a promotion. She deserves it. Keep it up Seema.P.s. after visiting 5 shops, and wanting to make a decision in couple of days I walked out with my purchase out of sleep city without giving it a second thought on the same day, that is saying something.
