Prompt service, friendly and very professional team. They hooked up our gas hob to our big gas bottle supply for the hot water. Thoughtful placement of pipes. Great and sound advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing and gas fitting from now on.

I highly recommend Luke & the team from Dukes Plumbing. I have used their services numerous times over the past 4 years, here in Waikanae. These include tap repairs; tap replacement; hot water cyclinder repairs; and the installation of a coil sink mixer when the kitchen was renovated.Last year the electric hot water cylinder of 20 years died. Luke recommended I look at installing an Infinity Gas Heater. I'm so glad he suggested this. Not only did it give me more storage space in the house when the hot water cyclinder was removed, I also noticed a reduction in my electricity bill. Plus I have an endless supply of hot water - I love those long hot showers & baths!Not long after the continuos flow gas heater was installed, I noticed the smell of gas, which I thought was unusual. I contacted Luke and next thing his team was running tests trying to find the source of the gas leak, which turned out to be a faulty gas heater. Dukes Plumbing are so professional & efficient, they had my hot water back up & running in no time at all!!

Duke's Plumbing and his team were very responsive as we were 2 toilets down at our Kōhanga here in Otaki. They came and had a look to check the leaking toilet & broken toilet seat and repaired it pretty much straight away. The boys from Dukes plumbing were on time and very professional. My hot water cylinder exploded and dropped 180l of water on the floor. The boys from Dukes were very quick to respond and get my hot water up and running again. Thanks guys would highly reccomend for anyone else looking for plumbing solutions
