Felt like they didn't really ask any questions in regards to if our pup was good with other dogs and on pick up no info on how his day was or went.Felt like a drop off and goodbye not a very personal service. Especially seeing as I'm sure everyone can relate but our dog is like our child so would be nice with a little more of a personal touch/care.For the price you'd expect alot more.

I enquired to book my rather energetic and large pup in and a lovely staff member contacted me to provide some really professional advice about suitability - thank you for being honest and genuinely thoughtful about what is best for doggo, on that basis alone I would recommend!

My dog (minpin cross, small dog, 10 months old) has been going to Paws in the city for a few months now. She absolutely loves it, gets super excited every time we get close and runs upstairs as soon as we get there. The team are all really friendly and the new online booking makes everything super simple. I buy the 10 trips package and book her in about 2/3 days a week. It's not a huge space and there is no outside area but she gets lots of socialisation and space to run around with the opportunity for naps and quiet time as well.

how does this have such a high rating. my partner used to work here and he talks about it and gets so depressed. i 100% guarantee you if you send your dog here they are not having a good time. they bark all day and just want to go home, its literally a nightmare for them. around home time they will get crazier because they are just desperate to leave. they ask staff to bring old Sprite bottles in for the dogs to chew until their gums bleed instead of investing in real toys. someone's dog literally has died here no joke. the owners just want money and are removed from day to day operations, its depressing

This is the best doggy day care in Wellington. My dog loves it. She was anxious at first, like she is about everything. They were so patient and took extra special care. They know their stuff with dogs and practice positive reinforcement.

Blocking the footpath and its also on the road in an area marked no parking because it is a blind corner. Not particularly safety conscious!

Our dogs were seriously overdue for a groom as our groomer left and we were struggling to find a new groomer for our mini schnauzer. Luckily we found Paws in the city. The dogs look great, it would have been a lot of work for their groomer! Staff were fantastic with lots of questions about temperament, groom experiences and any issues dogs had faced in the past, the communication is top notch. I highly recommend them, from now on they will definitely be our groomer.

Our puppy started going here a few months ago and was very shy and nervous. Now, he loves it! The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable and helped him to settle in. Doggie daycare has really helped his socialisation.

Good facilities that seem to make most dogs happy. Professional groomers who will take all your directions seriously and understand that each sign might have a few funny requirements for their cuts. The dual role doggy daycare makes for a really chirpy environment, and dogs always look their best after a visit.
