The service was amazing and the quality is great...the only areas that could be addressed are advising the customer better on the sublimation process so they can understand why the printed panel does not match the rest of the gazebo. Also we are really disappointed that the carry bag is far too big for the gazebo and has one open end making it pretty much unusable for carrying the gazebo....such a shame for such a great sturdy product.

We have purchased several Blackhawk Gazebo's over the years. They are the best! Strong, stable, and easy to use. Stand up under the strongest winds and hottest of sun's. We leave them up 24/7, rain wind or shine. Service and delivery from Blackhawk is also great. Always helpful and super fast delivery.

Had a good experience with customer service. Fast delivery and a missing piece was sent promptly. Brought a 3x6 steel frame. Good quality. Only thing to make even better would be a few more big pegs and when the wind picks up abit a way to hold the sides from flapping. But that's minor. Overall a good company to deal with.
