We have been taking our dogs out to Brookdale for over 10 years and they are always washed and clean when we go to pick them up. Jack is amazing with the dogs and ours always come home better behaved than when we dropped them off!

Very rude man and horrible service. Tried to book our cats in for a one month stay. He was very rude on the phone and not interested in helping us at all, they told us to use their website in which we filled out an application form and we never heard back. Two days before our trip we received a confirmation email. We sent an email back saying we had organised another cattery as we didn’t hear from them. To which we received a reply calling us stupid. Will never be using this service.

We were very happy with the service and level of care that Brookdale Kennels provided to our dog. She had spent 6 weeks there before we were able to fly her back to Canada where we are located. They constantly kept us updated on how she was doing and sent us updated photos of her which was great! When we picked her up from Canada we were surprised how health and fit she looked! Very happy with them and would definitely recommend them! A+

This place is fine for dogs but not cats. I advise anyone not to risk leaving there cats here unless they want them to be stressed or worst still disappear which had happened several times. It’s best to hire a cat sitter and leave them at home.

Our dog Simba, a border collie, knows where he feels comfortable, can relax and enjoy his time, it is in Brookdale Kennels!Every time when Simba was dropped off at Brookdale Kennels, it couldn’t wait to greet Jack and Shannon who had been taking a good care of Simba. Simba also likes playing games with its paw buddies there.I would highly recommend Brookdale Kennels and Cattery for their friendly service and reasonable rates.

We cannot say enough good things about the service and care we've had over the years at Brookdale. We have had them taking care of our dogs over the last 10 years + and every time our dogs get near, tails start wagging, and when they see Jack, they rush to say hello, and we are forgotten all about. They love going there. We picked up Bailey this morning after a week, and she came to say Hi, and then rushed back to Jack for pats and to say goodbye. BEST KENNEL EVER !!!!!!!!!!

We are so very grateful for the support Jack and his team have given us to settle our boy. After just 2 visits to Brookdale Kennels, our furbaby has returned to us settled and calm. We had a dog who was jittery and very unsocialised but after spending some time with Jack, we have a boy who is much calmer and cooperative. We are now able to take time away knowing our boy is well taken care of in an environment of fun and safety, with lots of opportunity to socialise and have fun. Thank you Jack and team! We look forward to our next visit.

This kennel is fantastic. My greyhound always jumps out the car with no hesitation. We have met a few staff and they have a genuine love for animals and my dog can sense this. I leave knowing he is being taken care of and is happy

We think this is Jess’ fourth visit. The online booking was easy. We really appreciate your services! Our pet dog, Jess stayed over a week. She was anxious initially but we knew the staff would look after Jess. The staff were friendly and accommodated our schedule. Highly recommend the kennel!
