Excellent team. Had the whole house done. The windows block out so much sound while keeping the heat in. Install was 3 days. Great communication with all the team, their team came for a walk through prior to finalising everything, they really made us reevaluate the set up we originally wanted. We had copied the plan of the current windows but had changed them opening horizontal. We ended up switching windows to open on another side to suit our living needs, Windows we never opened, we changed to one big window. They look awesome. I highly recommend Thermalframe. They were really helpful. It was roughly 9 months from browsing in their showroom, quote, design, walk through, installation but as they say good things take time. They give a whole new look to our property makes it look new. Everyone has noticed and commented nothing but positive feedback.. Overall extremely happy with product and team.
