Tiffany from World of Travel organised my trip to the UK.I am very happy with her service and reliability to arrange my travels and accommodation during my three week stay.

Tiffany was super helpful, looking after our travel arrangements, highly recommend World Travelers Riccarton.

I felt a degree of suspicion on the part of the travel agent when I first met her on site. Maybe there is reason for this, I don't know. Eventually, as I paid for services the tone changed to a degree. I felt little warmth which is not my experience from previous travel agents.

We were so pleased with the wonderful service and attention given by Tiffany MCCREA-LENNON in making our 5 week holiday to Australia so enjoyable. She was incredibly patient and accommodating as we fine tuned our plans. We were very happy with everything she recommended and booked for us including 4 flights, 2 vehicle rentals, and accommodation in 4 different cities. Everything was on time and as expected with no problems. The advice and pre trip information she gave us was invaluable. We would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone and we would definitely use her services again when travelling.

Tiffany was amazing She booked flights , hotel bookings and pickups / delivery to the airport & hotels for us in December/ January.Everything went very smoothly and according to plan even with 2 flight time changes.She listened to our requests and delivered exactly what we required and the pricing was very good too. Can't Rave about World Travellers Riccarton enough- Rachael went over and above what she needed to do with our booking.Everything was great. We enjoyed our cruise with p&o and so easy to make communication and payments for the trip! She even sent us a paper copy of our itinerary with useful points and tips and the travel wallet - so never had to make time to come in a grab these things. Rachael is amazing and an asset to the team! She restored our faith in travel agents and would recommend her and the team in a heart beatThank you for everything sorry we weren't the easiest of clients but we went on an amazing Holiday/Honeymoon before our newest editions come in August!

I’ve been using Tiffany and the team at World Travellers for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love their service because they do all the thinking for me, organise visa’s, tells me the entry requirements so I never come unstuck or have surprises on my travels, arranges my insurance, she even checks my passport to make sure it’s not expired. I don’t like flights that leave super early and she always try’s to accomodate this and let’s me know when there are super cheap deals to places she knows I like. Plus their travel knowledge and travel experience is second to none they know all the best excursions and places to stay. Can’t fault them at all would definitely recommend.

Sue, we all want to thank you for your help in so many areas of our trip. We had a ball and loved nearly everything (I'm not into roller coaster rides!) we did. Your advice saw us right and in particular we are so glad we visited San Diego, a place we would recommend to anyone and have said we will visit again.
