Excellent customer service. So easy to deal with, great price and excellent quality. Absolutely love my new tyres.

I have been to this center three times already. Each time I have received very good service and I have been kept informed about the progress of the work on my car. The hot drinks in the waiting room, toys for kids, and water dish for dogs are also a nice touch.

The staff there are always polite and helpful. I always get the tyre centre to put air in the tires so they can check them at the same time. I was caught once a flat on Monday night 11.00 pm on the way home from work. Another one Tuesday morning going to the guys to fix the first. Tow truck loved it.

Brilliant service professional and fast plus reasonably priced 69 for wheel alignment on my Saab sedan. I was 45 min late and they still took me in to my wheel alignment with a smile and the AC in the waiting room was wonderful ( it was a boiling day in Auckland) . Thanks heaps team!

Jameel replaced all four of my tyres after one was punctured and it became clear the other three were very worn. I was stressed at the sudden expense and difficulty getting into a tyre shop, he was very kind throughout the whole experience and sorted me out easily. Wonderful service :)

Jameel was knowledgeable and great at his work! This is my second visit due to tyre puncture unfortunately, but Jameel has made it effortless for me. After the repair of my punctured tyre, he went through every other tyres to make sure they were fine. And it was during the check he found an iron wire was caught in another tyre, lucky he found that out, otherwise it’ll be dangerous for my driving!A side note I learnt from my visit: Bridgestone New Lynn recommends regular tyre checks at every 3 months interval at no charge regardless your tyres were bought from them, unless there’s repair required!This may sound like I was paid to give such remarks, but it genuinely isn’t, because as a person without knowledge about tyres, they have given me the knowledge and confidence on tyre maintenance. Hence I highly trust and recommend them!!

Never go to this place.. unprofessional and untrained. Abusing the name of Toyota, Very poor customer service…. Toyota should take into consideration before employing this kinda staff. Before this India guy there was a kiwi guy he was wonderfull service and pro. Please guys don’t waste your money. Go to Good Year tyres you will meet tyre professionals. On rail side ave. Nice waiting room with coffee and Wonderful staff.
