Trevor was very helpful offering advice on our choice of rug without putting pressure on to buy and the offer to bring a selection of rugs with him for us to see in our own home with our furnishings was a wonderful service. Trevor had a stunning range with him and was very obliging with offering to exchange the rug if we weren’t happy with our choice. The website was very easy to use and see the vast range of rugs available.

I have been lucky enough to have purchased some beautiful rugs from Trevor over the years. The service and quality of the rugs has always been excellent. Being able to see the rugs in your own home gives you time to choose the right rug without any pressure. Trevor is always reliable, trustworthy and a really lovely person to deal with.

Great to deal with. The home consultation with Trevor was very helpful. He has a tremendous knowledge of rugs. He listened carefully to our needs, and colour preferences and saw our location. He suggested some factors to consider (some we had not thought of). This helped us narrow down our options to a shortlist that we could focus on and see in situ. There was no 'hard sell'. Top notch professional service.
