They have delicious and beautiful drinks. The menu is varied and creative. I wish they had stores in Auckland. I will come often for drinks and desserts. They have fast and friendly staff. Nicely decorated small shop.

Very poor customer serviceStood there in line in front of the ice cream for 10 mins while the three young female staff members were chit chatting to each other making one order pretending we don’t even exist. If it wasn’t for the kids I would have walked away. I would recommend avoiding . Def not going there again

omg the waffles, best thing me and my friend have ever eaten, we will be thinking about it our whole life, it was euphoric and with the ice cream omg good price and good value for money the marshmallows, left me feeling happy abd satufysied unlike and other food or anything plus the person was really nice :)

Drinks were ok, but what bothered me the most was being told by the girl behind the counter to “just press yes” on the eftpos machine after swiping my card. I don’t tend to just accept things without knowing what I’m in for, (especially on a machine that is taking my money) so luckily I read the screen and was surprised it was actually asking if I would like to add a tip.Not only did the service I receive not warrant a tip, but I felt that I was essentially being tricked into tipping which actually just makes me mad.Luckily I read the prompt (and declined to tip) but there are many people out there who would do as your staff member asked and just press yes, not knowing what they are accepting. You are taking advantage of those people and that’s so wrong and so deceitful.I also tried to get in contact with someone through your website but have received no response.

Their milkshakes are so good! I love their cookie and brownie one, im sure its the oreo cheesecake flavour but with a brownie blended in! There isn’t much space inside so it can get a bit squished when people are lining up.

I had one drink here as my first time, Strawberry Cheese Cake Bubble Tea. The taste is ok, but I expect more than I had. The yogurt was too sour to combine with the drink for me. Maybe I will try another drink.

It looks busy, but get the order was very slow, and when to ask can I get the takeaway bag, the stuff is not very skilful.Also, is the first time saw Stuff made wrong about the order in front of the customer, then poured it into another cup with unequal amounts, and there was no hole in the top lid to pierce the straw.Of other drink, the pearls were hard to chew, looks like didn’t cook well or after being left outside for too long.

Headed to Gelato and Tea for an afternoon treat on a hot day and boy did they deliver! My husband got an Oreo cheesecake milkshake and I got a matcha and honey bubble tea. They were both absolutely delicious and exactly what we needed to cool down.
