This place have superb service I was very impressed by the salesman helping my father who is 83 who doesn't have a clue about data or iPhones or anything of the likes they said him up with a good old fashioned phone good on you Vodafone you have my vote

Oh wahoo what a manger attitude , as I bought skull candy Bluetooth pods from them and that was sealed totally ,got them home and try was surprised to hear poor voice , and took them back after months as m not belong to same place , according to product warranty software mistake would be fix , but manger came to me and said , you can’t compare 80$ product to apple products, I can’t do anything if u change yours mind . Really you fix it with good voice m happy to take them back . But didn’t do anything . I bought 1000$ things from them same day before return skull product ,nothing happen . Better go to that place that really mean to have product warranty not to Vodafone Napier .

Some people should be working at customer service, horrible attitude, I won't be back if I can help it.

Went for refund for loss of service due to cyclone. Was not easy and refund was less than what was expected, but at least got most back.

I feel for the folk who man their retail premises. They get it from all quarters, which makes them a bit twitchy at times. Perhaps it's the way that they market their products that needs fine tuning.

Worst coverage. Napier customers still without coverage

Helpful staff however it is a mobile phone shop so not very exciting.
