We used Kennedy Construction to build a new pumphouse at North Piha to replace our water system that was destroyed in the Cyclone. Taylor was very prompt , professional and extremely helpful in the whole process - his pricing was competitive, his workmanship exemplary and he was on the job when we needed him as our work was urgent.The North Piha Water Society would highly recommend Kennedy Construction for any building work.

I have used Kennedy Construction for an extensive villa renovation, double garage, a commercial space, 2 small sheds and a office renovation and fitout. Currently they are building a large 4 bedroom house and 2 associated buildings for me. The workmanship is exemplary because they actually care about what they do. The jobs have been a success and relatively stress free because they are good communicators and they have a professional attitude on site. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this building company.
