A very disappointing experience with Jarod.I had him lay down a small concrete pad. The surface had lumpy trowel marks. It also had a lot of unsightly parts breaking off after curing for a week. It was an uneven surface. One part was lower than the rest, so it retained water when it rained.I asked him to fix it, as it looked ugly and I didn't want it to hold water since it was to be for a spa pool area. He came back to acid wash the surface but didn't grind down the surface flat as he had promised.Also left a mess on my driveway that he promised to clean up, but never did.Left a mess in the work area that he never came back to clean up.I kept making promises to come back, but never did. Took my money and ran is what he's done.This concrete pad was to be the first stage of the renovation for the spa area. He will never get any more work from me.I would never use his services again. I had paid for a professional finish, not some weekend DYI.

Jarod has done great amount of work for me to high quality standard with great precision. He is friendly and accurate at making your vision come to life. He is hardworking and you needs are first priority. I would recommend Anderson Landscapes to anyone who is wanting to rejuvenate, redo or even touch up any outdoor area.
