Me and my family went and received such great customer service! Shelly helped us through the menu and was so nice throughout the process. 10/10 ! The food was so good too !

Horrible! The service was good and fast, but the food? Why did my spicy chicken smell and taste like expired milk?? it also had a vinegary taste to it too. Would highly not recommend, I will not be coming back again.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for dry chicken, a soggy burger with little lettuce or love, chips were soft and forgettable, was asked to pay for tomato sauce.Waste of $40. First and last time coming here..

Worst burger - tried Wicked n Bandito Burger! Chicken was so dry and seemed to be left out for quite a while after deep frying. Chicken became so tough and couldn’t even chew it. Had worst experience. Never trying it again n not recommending to anyone!

I find the manukau branch best so far. Good portions and fresh food. Most of the staff are friendly and attentive. This was an OG burger with peri peri chips. Very filling and tasty.

The definition of mediocre. Gets a passing grade, barely.Despite being named wicked, everything was incredibly bland and average.Nothing bad, but nothing good and definitely not worth the asking price.Fries were neither well seasoned or crispy, but weren't soggy either.Chicken was on the dry side, not particularly flavourful, but wasn't terribleBurger was okay, the sauce saved it from being a disaster, but was still mediocre.Would not purchase from again, but if it was a free offering, I'd still eat it.

First time trying them out! Despite a lot of the bad reviews, our order was really good. I guess it depends on the staff.Order: Phoenix Burger w/Chipotle Sauce, Peri peri Fries and Chicken Tenders.

We walked in thinking of trying out a new place other than Nando’s. The Menu looked gud with nice deals. We ordered a meal with a Burger Wings n Fries.Firstly we were told that the order would take 10-12 minutes which was ok with us. It eventually arrived after almost half an hour. Well almost complete, 2 out of 3, even though all 3 meals were the same. The wings took another 8-10 minutes to arrive.The chicken burger had no mayonnaise, but had pickles! Really!The fries were limp and soggy.The wings was just fried wings with a soupy sauce drizzled over it which smelt like it had raw paprika in it.All in all I would not recommend this restaurant. Give it a miss. Next door is way better.

I’d recommend this restaurant for a maximum of a 3 person group. If your in to trying something different, this restaurant should definitely be a option. Although their chicken was on the dryer side, beside that the waffles we did get was soft & cooked to perfection. The mild chicken is what I would consider very spicy, so if you know you can’t handle spice opt for the lass spicy version.
