Canterbury Christian Funeral Services

I truly do not know where to start. Would not recommend Canterbury Christian Funeral Services. From the start when we requested to view our Dad we were informed this was not possible as he was in a facility out of the city; very upsetting and stressful. At times there was very little compassion or empathy shown by the funeral director, which in turn lead to more stress for the family at a time of immense grief. The family felt there was very little support in terms of organizing the funeral. Occasionally, the funeral director appeared quite confrontational, which added further stress to the family; this was also observed and commented on by some of the mourners.The entire family was disappointed with Canterbury Christian Funeral Services. Based on our experience we would not recommend them and consider 1 star a more than reasonable rating.Maree
