Hereford 'n' a pickle
I drove four hours, bus trip 1 hour, walked 20 km in two days, rode a bike 30 km, ate like a king all the way (Pahi Walk) and then had the best sausage roll I’ve ever eaten and a top notch coffee at this location. There was so much more too. Its a destination. Go there.

Cafe food selection great. Loads of outdoor seating. Ramps a bonus for easy access. Lovely shop with pickles, jams & home grown beef.

Hereford 'n' a pickle
Me and my wife were looking for a great restaurant to have breakfast!. We found Hereford, drove into the driveway a beautiful garden and no body but us.My god the food was amazing home made, really friendly owners plus staff, With beautiful views. We would Highly Highly recommended this place its honestly the best place.

Stopped here for coffee on the way back from Port Jackson. Coffee and ginger crunch for late lunch. Got the blue cup cake too, but wouldn't want to eat it, made of soap. ;-) She says her cousin makes them. They really do look good enough to eat.

Hereford 'n' a pickle
What a really pleasant surprise at the end of the road. Excellent pitstop to catch a smoothie, toastie and a burger. Food was excellent. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Just what we needed to set us up for our drive back to Hahei. Not much to commend it on a drive past, but don't be fooled.Good food. Good service and not what we expected to find all the way out here. Really good range of farm meats available from their Hereford herd of cattle.

The burgers are delicious. And a must try when you pass this cafe.We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Loved it here.

Hereford 'n' a pickle
Excellent burger, juicy, lots of trimmings that mingled well. Even the toasted bun was good. I'm not usually a burger fan but this one I'd have again.It's also nice to know that it's made from fully grass fed very local beef. ( In fact you can see the cows in the fields nearby )

The food and drinks are amazing! I would recommend the world burger. This is a great self-contained deal. Toilets open all night and wifi.

Hereford 'n' a pickle
Stopped here after hiking the stunning Pahi/Coro Coastal so pretty ravenous. Really friendly service, great coffee & counter food. Plus great cooked options. Beautiful garden setting - a definite visit and great way to support this tiny remote village. Nga mihi team!
