Best pizza in Newzealand so far and I tried every pizzaplace I saw during our 9 month of travelling. And on Tuesdays even 5$ of pizzas.

This gallery on it's one makes it worthwhile to visit Rawene and then they have the puzzle shop. Two jewels plus more... Support the local art community and buy an original, and have a tasty lunch while enjoying a wide range of art.

My wife and I just had a chicken salad each. Absolutely outstanding. Freshest salad, great tasting chicken and bacon with just the right dressing. Well done to you ladies. Customer service A1.

We went here for lunch. The fish and chips were excellent! Very lovely atmosphere. I really liked it.

I was very very impressed with the whole concept of this shared space with books art, great food and coffee. An iconic position. I brought from all 3. The gallery showcases local art of a high standard displayed tastefully at very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit to Rawene.

I went here to get a coffee and found my cup was dirty! What kind of place is this? The woman running the place was rude and blew me off like it was no big deal. Theres a art gallery in here too but nobody was there to help with that..don't waste your money or time at this place...the Boat Shed cafe is the only decent cafe in town.

Probably the worst food I’ve ever eaten at a cafe. $21 for burger and chips and the burger comes with a frozen fake processed meat patty from pak n save. Would highly recommend to avoid the place for food. Was so close to asking for a refund. Have never left a review before but felt this one was deserving.
