Absolutely love these classes! The reformer machines provide support throughout the exercise and the instructors ensure they provide options to increase/ reduce the difficulty level as needed. I have been attending since they opened and find it exciting to feel myself getting stronger each time I attend. The different options mean it is never easy but always within a level I can achieve. The instructors are very friendly and Kaitlyn was very quick to respond when I first had trouble using the app. Excellent staff, excellent class, can not recommend it enough!
