Dr. Leroy is an absolute pleasure to visit for dental work. He is very friendly & highly professional. I'm very pleased all the dental work he has done for me & my family over the years. I can trust Leroy's opinion & he's always been reasonable with costs. I was very impressed at his attention to details. Going as far as making sure fillings located between teeth are smooth & easy to floss. Daphne (receptionist) is very friendly & helpful too. Highly recommended!

Leeroy was great! Best dentist I have ever seen.Very gentle, and takes the time to tell you what is going on and how you may need to change how you look after your teeth.

Hands down the best dentist we've ever used. My daughter was hugely phobic due to a previous bad dentist experience. I've never seen such a kind and sensitive approach to dentistry before. Leroy took the time to comfort my daughter and reassure her that they cared about her pain and feelings and wanted to make her experience an awesome one and restore her faith in the dental industry! Her frown was instantly flipped upside down, to the point where she actually enjoyed her visit and has been asking to go back and see that nice Leroy Man" again !! Leroy has been my Dentist for over 18 years. The level of care is outstanding and I feel so relaxed in his chair to the point that I have even nodded off during procedures.If you need a friendly, low pain, caring Dentist go to the Ranolf Dental Surgery and see Leroy.

Only dentist I have been too who has actually explains pros and cons of dental problem. He gives clear explanations of why a particular course of action should be taken. I have been going to Leroy for over 3 years and very happy with care.

A few days ago I turned up on the doorstep of the Ranolf Dental Surgery in the most HORRENDOUS PAIN I'd ever experienced. Dr Leroy was finished for the day and heading off to dinner with his family, but as soon as he heard how much I was suffering he instantly welcomed me into his surgery and was able to perform an emergency extraction which was pretty much a pain-free experience. Dr Leroy is kind and friendly and makes you feel like a part of his family, he's honestly that wonderful. I'm healing nicely and my healing is being aided by the fact that Dr Leroy has been messaging my family since that day, giving valued advice and showing real concern and caring for my progress. Thank you so much Dr Leroy, I had a terrible distrust of dentists (due to past experiences) and now I feel I can put those misgivings aside at long last.I can't recommend Ranolf Dental Surgery and specifically Dr Leroy MORE HIGHLY, and can 100% endorse!

Leroy is the best dentist! Always does great work. My children will only go to him also as they have had good pain free experiences.

Well. I initially spoke with Leroy Chans receptionist asking if they were taking on new patients, I also specifically told them he was still 17yrs old and wanted to make sure he would fall under free dental care for under 18's. All this was explained and I was assured he did so an appointment was made. Three weeks later my son takes a day off to make this appointment. We even turned up early because they asked us too as they had earlier bookings cancelled. When we arrived we filled out required forms. As our son was about to go through with Leroy (Dentist) he said to me that we would have to pay for the consultation? I asked how this had come about after I had queried any chance of this in my initial phone call. He said he would talk with his staff about what was said. But did not know why I was told this, adding he did not care and it was not his problem, also saying it was his policy not to accept any new under 18's as patients unless one of the parents had been with him for at least two years, this was his rule for the last 11-12 years. None of this had been mentioned either when the booking was made. Leroy was now also upset as he was losing another appointment! (Surprise surprise) so he would lose money. We were not at fault and left standing there. Day off course" for son and waisted three weeks for an appointment made... for no action. Not at all good enough! Be wary! would not recommend! Wasted our time
