Zac was fast, friendly and did a great job. My son really happy with the cut. Highly recommend.

Best barber in Christchurch!!Ridiculous that people are complaining about Wass being there.The corner was an eyesore before Wass tidied it up.Perfect spot and good parking. Very convenient and sustainable.

Just had a cut today and I am really disappointed with the service and cut. I was walking towards inside and the guy didn't even welcome me and just told me to seat. And the worst part is he continue to watch some videos and keeps listening with some video for like 3 minutes. He didn't even asked me what cut do I like and I said skin fade and started to cut my hair with zero razor blade which is really worst! This is the worst barber I just feel like I was cut for a rush. The skin fade took like 5 minutes and I was all done with it and it cost $40! Never gonna go back with this barber. So unprofessional and not recommend for skin fade or any fade cuts. Just a normal cut would say if you are in a rush. Not so sure with other barber but the guy who cut me has a blue eye. And has a poker face. Really not recommend him but try the other barbers. Looks like a marine cut.

Not sure who was the barber when I visited the shop, but wasn’t was for sure. Unfortunately they said only cash so I got cash out from ATM. I was really hoping a professional service no greeting nothing just asked me to sit. Started talking about my alopecia and asked about it. Then said you can’t have haircut. So I asked him for the reason but didn’t tell me. Asked me what type of haircut and I explained him.Totally felt like a rush job. I have been to other barbershop they are welcoming and quite respectful. Here the guy seemed pretty bored and rushing. He seemed very interested and unprofessional.This was my experience I will never go back there and would not even recommend anyone. Also gave me a terrible haircut ever and charged me 40$.Reply - No value for money No respect for customers.

Decided to change up my normal barber and go to Wass Barbers at their Cashmere site. They had great service and I felt well looked after. They made an awesome job of my hair and beard. I will be going back for many more cuts and would recommend there service to everyone.

Zac cut my sons hair and did an amazing job! He was super efficient and my son left smiling. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend had an amazing experience at the Cashmere Road barber van!! I came along and was greeted pleasantly and the service was outstanding!! The manager did his hair cut and beard trim and it was done with precision and care and he came out looking amazing!!! I’d 100% recommend going here

Very weird experience. Mr Wass himself is great. It's the younger guy that has problems.I had 3 cuts here in total. First two were great. The third by this young fellow. 10 mins in I asked to take down the number 2 fade on my sides to a number 1. He straight denied me and requested I pay for a second cut to have that trimmed down. No other customers in queue.40 dollars for 15 mins.Not sure if I'll go back again if it's that young guy. If it's Mr Wass yah I'll be back.

Kareem was really good with my three boys, age 2, 4, and 6. My 4 and 6 year olds love their spider web fades! My husband also got a haircut, so it was easy to get the whole family done in an hour. Highly recommend the team at Wass' Barbers Cashmere!
