The service is abit rubbish. Good range of products. I had 2 vape pens breakdown within a month of buying them. Took them back and both times was told it was due to the way I handle them. When I literally showed them it was impossible to do what they allege I was doing, they brushed it off.

I was cruising through the west this weekend so decided to stop here and pick a refill. There was only one guy at the front counter who seemed friendly and helpful. I'd say a good experience overall..

Very impressed with the service we received when we went to this shop on a Sunday. The sales man was very courteous and tested the lighter for us to make sure it worked properly. Would definitely buy from here again.

I came with my stepmother who has dementia. We walked from one end of Henderson, where I had parked my car. She had to sit, but there was no seating. The guy came out with a big yellow step stand for her to sit on. I forgot something so I had to run back to the car before I could complete my business. He restored my faith in human nature. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just went into the shop had a look around for 10 minutes because the shop assistant was serving / talking to someone else. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged and to try purchase my items not once did the shop assistant acknowledge me or even help me was very rude with his back to me to the point i have walked out and now am going to the new lynn shosha the absolute worst service i have ever had. Do not recommend this place or the worker.

Reason to broked my tank I bought a replacement coils for my new tank from this shop . And gave me 3 mesh coil instead of asking type of coils that I need .and when I came back to replace it . These people are showing some real attitude for customers. Terrible customer service . One person could ruin the good standard of a shop .
