I am not a local, and after non existent service from pool and spa parts businesses in my town, for parts for a spa purchased elsewhere, I visited Tauranga Pool and Spa while on holiday.Peter was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and provided excellent customer service, and not only identified the parts that I required, but had them in stock.Regardless of your location in New Zealand, I would have no hesitation in recommending him for assistance in sourcing parts.
