Rob recently completed a building inspection on a house we were looking to purchase. It is fair to say that from the outset we were super impressed with Rob's customer service, which was second to none. He was a pleasure to deal with, responsive, punctual and very thorough. We used Rob for a building inspection report on weather tightness for a plaster built house, before looking to purchase.He was excellent. Easy to organise and the quality of the report was exceptional. Very detailed with photos and arrows on the photos etc. to pinpoint exact problem areas etc.Will definitely use again. He discusses the report with you as well. Quality!
