Urban Dogs

My German Shepherd has been attending the daycare for some months and is always super excited when we arrive. She already has a special connection with the staff, being a shy dog this was a huge green flag for us.The Urban Dogs team are great about sending through pictures of her and updates about her progress, and have been extremely helpful and prompt when communicating via email.

I feel very lucky that I came across Urban Dogs. I was very hesitant about sending my small dog to a doggy daycare because past experiences had been dictated by rude and uncaring staff, premises that reeked of dog urine and the sound of dogs barking the whole time. As soon as I stepped into Urban Dogs for a meet and greet I had the complete opposite experience! ALL the staff there are absolutely lovely and so passionate about their jobs and their customers. They really go the extra mile and my dog is so happy every time we pull up, she runs in without a moments hesitation. I feel very confident in leaving my dog in their care and the farm trips are such a treat for them! They treat all the dogs like their own and I'm pretty sure Reign would love to go home with them instead! I have recommended Urban Dogs to anyone that is looking for a doggy daycare. Great people who obviously love what they do. My dog Angus was a bit nervous but they were all so incredibly patient with him. He runs in without a look back and I feel happy to have him at Urban Dogs secure in the knowledge that he was a safe and well looked after!

Came to Urban Dogs because of a recommendation.I was particularly pleased to see they offered a free trial run - to see if my dog suited them and also if my dog enjoyed the stay.Happy to say, he loved it. Each time I bring him in he’s straining at the leash to get inside. No hesitation at all.I also availed myself of the farm trip.The photos posted showed how much he enjoyed it and will booking another farm trip for him soon.The ladies are lovely. Very helpful and caring. I have no qualms about leaving Jack in their care.

Our dog was 15 weeks old when she started going once a week for half a day. She love's it there, playing with the other dogs. As soon as she gets out of the car she runs inside. They give her a nap there, but she still sleeps for about 2 hours when she gets home. I like looking at all the days photo's on Facebook even when she is not there.

Urban Dogs is the happiest place for dogs I have come across. My staffy puppy just loves his time there and I he has been made so welcome and been cared for in the best possible way. Urban Dogs is as good as any childcare centre and if like me, you consider your dog as your baby"

We moved late last year so our dog needed to find a new daycare. We were recommended Urban Dog by a friend & Matty hasn't looked back, literally each time I drop him off he runs to the girls and forgets about me. They are so loving & caring as if u our dog is their own, that's really why Matty settled in so quickly & he's 7 & a half years old. They also offer farm visits at an added cost but Matty just loves these, he comes home very tired. Definitely recommend these lovely ladies.

I recommend Urban dogs. I'm just a new customer and will update this review in the future but so far, my puppy do enjoy her stay.

Fabulous team at Urban Dogs. Our puppy Rocco loves it there. He was a bit anxious at first, so the team offered some training for him to make him feel more comfortable. The puppy class that is offered with Urban Wolves was great for him too. Love all of the photo updates. Highly recommend!
