Waiheke Shuttles provided the transport to and from our wedding at Poderi Crisci. They were fantastic at helping to arrange a pick up schedule catering to different spots on the island making sure that all our guests got there on time and thereby ensuring the event ran smoothly. The drivers for this company have very bad customer service. He was really impatient and drove quite unsafely. When We complained about this speed he responded “do you want to get out?” Which is unacceptable. We also paid for a return trip and the company made a mistake thinking we only paid for 1 way for some reason. We thus had to call them and they tried to convince us we only requested one way despite our receipt saying we paid for return. We then had to wait 45 minutes later than our pick up time for them to come

We used Waiheke Shuttles for transport for our wedding. It was easy to organize and the team helped us plan the best way to do it based on their knowledge of the island.All of our guests made it home easily and mentioned the staff were super helpful making sure everyone got off at the right place! The drivers were on time and also took the time to make sure everyone who needed a shuttle got on the right one.Would recommend to other large groups!

Unreliable service. Does not turn up. Would not answer the phone. We had to call another taxi company to pick us up in the end. One day later still not contactable. Please pick up your phone and give us our money back.
